SBA Paycheck Protection Program Available for Child Care Providers

August 8 is the last day for small businesses impacted by COVID-19 to be approved for the Small Business Administration's (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). SBA will forgive PPP loans if all employee retention criteria are met and the funds are used for eligible expenses.  Child care providers—for profit or non-profit—are eligible for PPP and there is over $130B of PPP funding still available.

Let’s Grow Kids will be hosting this free webinar with speakers from the SBA and US Department of Health and Human Services, to help child care providers access PPP loans. The SBA will explain how the PPP program works, connect providers with resource partners who can assist you with your application, and answer any questions providers have about the program.
