Advancing as a Profession: Session 2 - Three Designations and Aligned Preparation Pathways (online real-time training)

The route to becoming an early educator has often been confusing, too costly, and time consuming for many to achieve. Offering training that does not lead to attainment of valid ECE credentials and degrees, or training that is unaffordable does an injustice to the field. In this Northern Lights-approved online real-time training, participants will deepen and extend their understanding as VTAEYC's work related to Advancing as a Recognized Profession. Vermont's Task Force continues to explore: to what extent might Vermont's early childhood workforce choose to align with the NAEYC's Unifying Framework.
