Our center currently has eight classrooms, and over 65 children enrolled. This position is for a teaching associate (associate's degree) or teacher (bachelor's degree) in one of our high-quality toddler (current 1-2 year old) classrooms. Stonewood is a "looping" program meaning we believe children learn best in a consistent, predictable environment. We do not require children to move classrooms on their birthday but instead we keep groups of children together for up to 3 years in the same classroom. While the materials and classroom setup may change, the students and teachers remain consistent. We are seeking an early educator to join one of our high-quality classrooms, and the ideal candidate would be available to remain with this group for at least a year. If you are not available for at least one year, we would consider a temporary substitute position for the right candidate.
